About Elizabeth

Elizabeth (she/her/hers) graduated with a master’s degree in counseling from Indiana State University. She was working in a community mental health clinic for 3 years with adults, children, and families before joining the CAPS team.

Elizabeth utilizes Existential Psychotherapy and integrates techniques from a variety of therapy modalities including Polyvagal theory, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Elizabeth believes in the importance of building safe connections with ourselves and our world, and the power of making meaning out of our lived experiences and goals.

Outside of counseling, Elizabeth enjoys playing video games, reading, and embroidery.
