Patient Portal

• Your next appointment will show on the dashboard in the appointment title. Click on "Fill Questionnaire" to complete a pre-arrival form.
  
  
• You can view current/future appointments or past appointments.
  

The Visit Summary/Note shows details of your appointment such as vitals, medications, treatment, etc.

Results will be in the Lab/X-Ray/Orders section.

• Click on the name of the test to view results.
• If your results have not been reviewed by the provider, the notation below will be at the bottom of the result:
  

Immunizations received at the Student Health Center can be found under Immunization History. This record can be saved as a PDF and uploaded to Med+Proctor.

It is possible to send and receive encrypted, secure messages with the Student Health Center.

• If you have new messages from the Student Health Center, the message title will show on the dashboard. Click on the message to read the information.
  
  
  
• You can view your inbox, reply to messages, or send a secure non-urgent message.
