Let’s Talk: Multicultural Drop-in Support Space

Sometimes you just need to talk

As a college student, lots of things can cause you stress—academics, relationships, roommates, depression, and more. Our Let’s Talk program helps you understand what’s bothering you and gives you tools to find solutions to your problems. Everyone is welcome.

Our programs

Let’s Talk

Drop-in to any of our locations across campus to talk informally about anything at all. Counselors are available to talk and there's no pressure to continue beyond this free and confidential initial conversation.

Embedded Counseling

Embedded Counseling is for when you need more than just a friendly chat. Professional counselors are available to meet and address any more complex issues. If you’ve paid the student health fee, you receive two free appointments every semester as part of your CAPS counseling visit allotment. Call 812-855-5711 to schedule an appointment.
