WellTrack is a free app that is available to all Indiana University Bloomington students. It is designed to help you understand your mental health and to provide you with the help that you need right now.
WellTrack's suite of online tools and courses use aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you identify, understand, and address issues like stress, resiliency, anxiety and/or depression. WellTrack is a self-guided and interactive way to manage your mental well-being.
The app also includes resources that can direct you to help if you are struggling with academics, finances, unwanted sexual contact, stress, sleep, relationships, physical health, and well-being. WellTrack can be used to complement the services and tools CAPS already offers, but you do not need to use CAPS services to start using the WellTrack app.
The data you input on WellTrack and your activity in the app is completely confidential. You can choose to share information with your CAPS counselor if you'd like, but it is not required. Your WellTrack information is not part of your clinical chart or academic records.
