When money makes the world go ‘round, it only makes sense that properly managing our finances can sometimes be stressful. Financial wellness is all about assessing your current financial situation and resources available, improving your ability to manage your money through difficult times, and strategizing now for unforeseen circumstances that may arise later.
If you’re noticing any of the following, now might be the right time to begin improving your financial wellness:
Reduced work efficiency and productivity
Impulse buying, shopping, or gambling
Lessened ability to perform standard job functions
